Product Support...
Due to the nature of computers, the many different operating systems, and the simple fact that every computer user's setup and knowledge will be vastly different, The Inside Out will only provide support for the products themselves. We do not provide support for the Windows Operating System or any software that may be installed or any instructions for use of any software. It is entirely the responsability of the customer to ensure that their computer systems meet the minimum requirements.
All The Inside Out Products adhere to standard guidelines using the most common tools for their production. This allows for the products to work on the majority of computer systems.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Once you have downloaded and installed Apple's Quicktime software you will now have a new program called Quicktime Player installed as a part of the overall Quicktime package. For full support of Quicktime please visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
2. You can use the Quicktime Player software to open the video product you have downloaded from The Inside Out. Usually this would be done via the 'File' dropdown menu and then you would locate the video file that you have received from us.
